CHANGE YOUR MIND? NOT THE RIGHT SIZE OR STYLE? NO PROBLEM!

AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS UNWORN, UNWASHED AND TAGS ARE INTACT, WE CAN EXCHANGE THE ITEM.

Return & Exchange Policy:

To initiate an exchange please send an e-mail to RASKOLEUROPE@GMAIL.COM with Subject: EXCHANGE Order # (With Your Order Number)

• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
• Apparel must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.
• We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.

**We do NOT refund original shipping charge**

Packages received without proper order identification may result in longer than estimated processing times. Please wrap the item in secured packaging, include a note with:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your order number
• Your desired exchange

We recommend shipping with insurance, receiving shipment tracking, and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Raskol Apparel is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit when obtaining your own shipping label.
