Apparently lifting is supposed to make you feel awesome, improve your self image and build muscle. No one told you that you would never be satisfied, always feeling beat up and silently wishing Creatine was more effective.

We exist in our own little pain prisms, we lifters. Some cry out “No Pain, No Gain!” But secretly we know it’s All Pain and No GAIN.

We're launching this design on our NEW super comfortable Vintage Crewneck. The outer shell is 100% heavy cotton, while the inside fleece is 100% polyblend. This means it won't shrink, its incredibly soft and the fit is designed to taper and accentuate a lifters physique. Broad in the shoulders, ample space in the torso and a soft bottom elastic to frame the upper body.

Black: 100% cotton exterior, 100% polyester inside lining
Split stitch double needle sewing on all seams
Twill neck tape
1x1 ribbing at collar, cuffs and waistband
Standard fit
Tear away neck label

The shirt is similar to our shirts in terms of fit, in other words go with the size you normally go with! Comfortable, light and durable. I am a little over 5`9 at 180 and wear a Large.
